ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparation of all QC reagents Preparation of all QC paperwork Mouse Embryo Assay testing Embryo scoring (culture development & growth and development detail) Cell Staining and Cell Counting Endotoxin Testing Gel-Clot and Kinetic Human Sperm Survival Assay Computer Assisted Sperm Analysis Sperm Penetration Assay Sperm Motility Assay Sperm Cryosurvival Index Conduct and record of all GLP Studies Conduct and record of all Validation Studies Generate, Review and Report Sponsor Certificates of Analysis (CoA) Establish professional relationships with customers to answer questions,troubleshoot problems that may arise, and communicate expected timelines via e-mail or phone Manage all QC SOP’s and Control Sheets Maintain all QC laboratory equipment calibration recordings and cleanings Responsible for handling QC related complaints and Out of Specifications (OOS) Administer hormone (super ovulation) and breed animals Monitor and record animals’ environment Change and clean animal cages and water bottles Monitor and maintain liquid nitrogen levels in storage tanks Support Quality Assurance as needed Observe established policies and procedures Know and understand ISO 17025 requirements Know and understand our Quality Policy
Experience Required:
A Bachelor’s degree in biology or other scientific discipline and >2 years laboratory experience is desirable although >5 years of experience working in a laboratory may be substituted for the required degree.

We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Mechanic to be responsible for the routine care and preventative maintenance of buildings, grounds and equipment for multiple sites. Responsibilities include: repairing walls, doors and windows; make minor repairs to equipment and appliances; perform carpentry tasks; minor plumbing maintenance tasks; install replacement light bulbs and perform minor electrical preventive maintenance tasks; respond to emergencies on an as needed basis; Detect, inspect and trouble shoot building issues, equipment and grounds and take necessary corrective action as needed and seasonal ground care tasks; and maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
Experience Required:
