Methuen Village has become the fifth Massachusetts community to receive their Purple Flag accreditation! This afternoon we held an official Flag Raising Ceremony where we were bestowed the Purple Flag, marking ourselves as an excellent provider of dementia care. The entire team at Methuen Village is so proud to have been honored with this accreditation and to now be able to fly the Purple Flag at our building! With this accreditation families and professionals can be confident that we provide the highest possible quality and standard in the field of dementia care. We were honored to have Methuen Mayor Neil Perry and Chairwoman of the City Council, Eunice Zeigler in attendance at our flag raising ceremony as well as our beloved associates, residents and families! We would also like to extend a special thank you to all of our hardworking, compassionate, and talented associates who work tirelessly to uphold these standards of care for our residents.
